The Gerdom Realty & Investment team of Michael Murphy and Tjader Gerdom represented the landlord in the leasing of 1,340 square feet at Mound Road and M-59 in Shelby Township, Michigan, to a local smoke shop operator.
The space was on the market for less than one month. There is now only one remaining vacancy at the Shelby Commons retail center.
