Tjader and Thomas Gerdom of Gerdom Realty & Investment and Gerdom Management respectively, represented the seller in the sale of the historic West Branch Cinema 3 in West Branch, Michigan, to a local investor/operator who plans to keep the 3-screen movie theater showing films and hosting other events.
Seller will retire after running the theater for 34 years. The sale also included second-floor apartments.
