Gerdom Realty & Investment negotiated the lease of the Magoo’s Pet Oulet-anchored shopping center at the northwest corner of Fenton and Hill Roads in Flint, Michigan.
The last 2,250 square feet of space was recently leased to a local nail salon. Mike Murphy and Tjader Gerdom of Gerdom Realty & Investment represented the landlord on this lease.
Other leases signed in the center since Gerdom Realty & Investment took on leasing responsibility at the center include The Burger Bar and Tap and Game Arcade.
