Michael Murphy and Tjader Gerdom of Gerdom Realty & Investment represented the seller in the sale of the 2,633-square-foot former KFC property on Pontiac Trail, just north of Maple Road, in Walled Lake, Michigan.
The freestanding building, which sits on 0.56 acres, sold in mid-November to a Detroit-area Tubby’s franchisee.
Tubby’s is expected to open in the first quarter of 2017.
