Tjader Gerdom, of Gerdom Realty & Investment, recently sold a former KinderCare facility located on Joy Road in Westland, Michigan, just West of Newburgh Road.
The owners plan to re-open the 4,567-square-foot building and that it will be operational in the first quarter of 2018. Gerdom represented the seller in this transaction.
