Michael Murphy and Tjader Gerdom of Gerdom Realty & Investment represented Sleep Well in the recent signing of two leases in Genesee County, Michigan.
Sleep Well recently opened a 2,400-square-foot location in the Brixmor Property Group’s Silver Pointe Shopping Center. The retailer will also be opening a 14,208-square-foot location on Miller Road, just east of Linden Road in Flint, Michigan.
Both leases were signed in the fourth quarter of 2019.
