The Gerdom Realty & Investment team of Larry Siedell, Michael Murphy and Tjader Gerdom facilitated the sale of a 23,900-square-foot retail and office center in Livonia, Michigan, to a local investor.
The center is made up of two two buildings, and is located on Middlebelt Road, between 5 Mile and 6 Mile roads.
The sale was closed at the beginning of October. Gerdom Realty & Investment will remain as the listing broker for the center’s leasing. The buyer plans to renovate the building’s exterior.
