The 26,600-square-foot STNL industrial building housing Sharper Image in Novi, Michigan, sold to a local investor in early February.
Tjader Gerdom and Michael Murphy of Gerdom Realty & Investment handled both sides of the transaction.
The building is located on Grand River Avenue, just west of Haggerty Road with prime road frontage. The sale closed in less than 45 days of mutual purchase contract execution.
