Vicki Gutowski of Gerdom Realty & Investment facilitated the sale of a 14,037-square-foot retail center and an adjacent 2,700-square-foot office building in Flint, Michigan. The properties were purchased by a local Flint-area investor.
Both properties are located on Atherton Road, just east of Van Syke Road. The sale was closed in mid-August of 2019.
