Gerdom Realty & Investments is handling the leasing duties for Uptown Ann Arbor, a high-end mixed-use development in Ann Arbor, Michigan.
The residentail piece of the project includes one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments, lofts and townhomes. Residents will have access to amenities including a clubhouse, pool and fitness center. Uptown Ann Arbor also is located within walking distance of retail options.
The project will also include retail and office space.
