Jeremy McClements and Matt Wetzel of South Bend, Ind.-based based Bradley Company represented both the tenant and landlord in the lease of the 28,000-square-foot industrial building at 920 Plum Street in Elkhart, Ind.
The Plum Street facility will be Germany-based Fliegl’s first plant in the United States. The company manufactures and assembles trailers and agricultural equipment.
Fliegl currently uses a third-party logistics company in Iowa to service its U.S. customers. With the opening of the facility, Fliegl will begin to handle its own U.S. distribution and all future manufacturing at the Plum Street facility.
