Marcia Finch of St. Louis’ Gershman Commercial Real Estate recently represented Victor Technologies Group in its renewal of 19,503 square feet of office space at the Hermen Stemme II office building in Chesterfield, Mo.
Finch also represented Maryland Avenue Associates in the lease of 5,350 square feet of office space in Clayton, Mo., to Partee Associates, LLC.
