Tim Balk of Gershman Commercial Real Estate represented U City Lions, LLC in the lease of 4,562 square feet of retail space in the Louis London Building in University City, Mo., to Seoul Taco LLC.
Seoul Taco started as a food truck three years ago in St. Louis, then opened its first restaurant two years ago. The company’s new location will include two restaurant concepts in one location. The restaurant will feature Korean tacos and burritos and other traditional Korean food cooked tableside.
