Gillespie Group makes key promotions in Lansing office

Gillespie Group made two promotions within its Lansing, Michigan, office, naming Jennifer Charette as vice president of operations and Jason Kildea as vice president of development.

Charette has an impressive track record of driving operational efficiency for the Gillespie Group team for over 21 years, most recently holding the position of Director of Operations. Starting as a leasing associate at Gillespie Group in 2002, Charette worked her way to the corporate level with the ability to leverage her expertise and knowledge of the onsite experience for customers and Gillespie Group team members alike.

Charette exhibits exceptional leadership, strategic thinking and dedication to best in class service fueling her promotion and leading Gillespie Group to be named Best Property Management Group in Lansing for 2023. 

As Vice President of Operations, her focus will be in shaping and executing the company’s operational strategies for the 2.7 million square feet of managed space, overseeing day-to-day activities and driving initiatives to enhance overall organizational efficiency. Her wealth of experience and deep understanding within the industry will be instrumental in maintaining and further advancing Gillespie Group’s position as a leader in property management.

Kildea, who previously held the role of Director of Project Development, has been part of the Gillespie Group Team for over 15 years and served as a key player in the success of numerous complex projects. Kildea consistently demonstrates a strong commitment to excellence, innovation and collaboration. A strong ability to lead and manage projects, Kildea is an invaluable asset to Gillespie Group.
