Contract Flooring Service of Glendale Heights purchased a 19,400-square-foot free-standing warehouse at 1185 Atlantic Drive in West Chicago for its new headquarters.
The property, which will include offices and a large warehouse for the company, will help the company in expanding their growing flooring business.
Andrea Hauger of Owen Wagener & Co. sold the property.
