Offix, a regional co-working and business solutions company signed a ten-year lease for 6,200 square feet at The Glen Town Center in Glenview, Illinois. This will be their seventh location. Other recent lease signings include Chuck Lager America’s Tavern, owned by Fabio Vivani, known for his celebrity with “Top Chef” on Bravo TV.

Also joining the center will be Stretch Zone, a national boutique fitness company with over 40 locations nationwide and NFL Quarterback Drew Brees as a major franchisee.

Poke Burrito will open its sixth location in 1,800 square feet at the Town Center. Earlier last year, Perfect Wedding launched its first location in October specializing in luxury wedding and special event apparel and accessories. “The interest in The Glen was brisk in 2021 and has increased greatly in January,” said SVN | Chicago Commercial Vice President Leslie Karr.

Customers in the trade area are interested in the retail and restaurant offerings at The Glen and
care about the retail and dining lineup. Property management routinely fielded requests for a brunch
restaurant. Enter Eggspresso—a breakfast and brunch concept that opened in January fulfilling that
demand.

Totaling over 17,000 square feet in new leases thus far at the Town Center, SVN estimates these new retailers to open in the third and fourth quarter of this year.

Jos. A Banks has renewed early for an additional five years while Landmark Theaters has assumed the former Archlight Theaters space and is projected to open late this spring.
