Architecture firm HDR is moving to Mayo Clinic Square at 600 Hennepin Ave. in downtown Minneapolis.
The firm is moving from its current offices in St. Paul, Minnesota, to the newly renovated mixed-use building. HDR will occupy nearly 10,000 square feet on the skyway level of Mayo Clinic Square. The firm expects to complete its move in January of 2016.
Mayo Clinic Square has also signed its first new restaurant lease. Chicago-based Bottleneck Management will open an upscale sports bar at the development in the first half of 2016.
Brent Robertson, Ann Rinde and Jon Dahl of JLL’s Minneapolis office are handling office leasing leasing for the remaining 6,000 square feet of office space on the second floor of Mayo Square Clinic.
