IT and telecommunications firm T-Systems has announced that it will move to a new 22,000-square-foot space in the Esplanade IV office tower at 1901 Butterfield Road in Downers Grove.
The firm will be downsizing its footprint in the East-West Corridor as it vacates a 35,000- square-foot space at 701 Warrenville Road in Lisle. The firm will make the move this spring.
Andrea VanGelder and Diana Riekse of Jones Lang LaSalle completed the transaction on behalf of T-Systems. Philip Sheridan and David Andrews of Hamilton Partners represented building ownership.
T-Systems is a division of the German conglomerate Deutsche Telekom AG.
