GMF Group has expanded its portfolio with the acquisition of three manufactured housing communities in Indiana.
The firm’s purchases include Brookfield Estates at 2600 Brookville Road in Indianapolis; East Indy Estates, 6660 S. Brookville Road in Indianapolis; and Huntington Estates, 1335 Driftwood Alley in Huntington, Indiana.
These newly acquired communities feature a combined total of 301 lots and offer a range of amenities.
Between December of 2024 and February of 2025, GMF Group acquired three manufactured housing communities in Florida. Its current portfolio totals about 4,300 lots and units.
