Goldbay Advisors Inc. has closed the sale of a 17-unit apartment building located in Des Plaines, Illinois. Alexander Stoyanov, managing partner, represented the seller and buyer in the transaction. The building sold for $2,375,000.
The property, located at 1443 Ashland Avenue, Des Plaines, was 100 percent occupied at the time of sale. The majority of the units are comprised of two bedrooms and one full bathroom.
