Goldie Initiative promotes Kelsey Cleland to program coordinator

The Goldie Initiative announced the promotion of Kelsey Cleland to program coordinator, effective Jan. 1, 2019. Cleland started with The Goldie Initiative as a temporary employee in October 2017 and was hired as program assistant in January 2018.

Cleland received a bachelor of arts in strategic communications and radio, TV and film University of Wisconsin-Madison. As a result of her hard work over the past year, The Goldie Initiative’s cohort of Goldie Scholars has become more cohesive and engaged in leadership opportunities.

With a unique strategy of scholarship, mentoring, networking and professional development, The Goldie Initiative cultivates talented women into future leaders. The program supports women pursuing graduate-level studies in business, law or management with a focus on real estate. The organization raised $425,000 for their annual Goldie Gala in September and earlier this year announced a record-breaking 20 Goldie Scholars chosen for the 2018-19 academic year.
