Chicago-based Golub & Company has announced the promotion of Samantha Patinkin from assistant manager to assistant operations manager.
As assistant operations manager, Patinkin manages company-wide programs such as new employee onboarding and Golub University. She also works on Golub’s assets with the portfolio management team by guiding the set-up of new property management offices, training property staff on contract administration and insurance requirements, and auditing properties to ensure compliance with company processes and procedures. She reports to Meredith Lewis, Vice President, Human Resources.
