The biggest names in Indianapolis’ commercial real estate market flocked to the Westin Indianapolis March 16 for REJournals’ and Midwest Real Estate News’ 2nd Annual Indianapolis Commercial Real Estate Summit.
And what was that good news? Only that all commercial sectors in the city and its surrounding communities — industrial, retail, office, healthcare and multifamily — are seeing steady sales, leases and new development.
Certain sectors are performing especially well, with speakers at the event pointing toward the multifamily and industrial markets as being especially hot.
