Goodman Real Estate Services Group LLC of Cleveland recently leased 37,479 square feet of space at retail shopping center Avon Commons to Levin Furniture.

Avon Commons is the largest power center in the Cleveland metropolitan area. The center is anchored by companies such as Target, Costco, Kohl’s, Marshalls, Old Navy, Target, Michaels, World Market, Heinen’s Supermarket, The Home Depot and Ethan Allen.
