Goodman Real Estate Services Group LLC of Cleveland recently completed a deal to bring Charley’s Grilled Subs to 2630 Lincoln Way East in Massillon, Ohio.
Charley’s Grilled Subs is a sandwich chain headquartered in Columbus. The chain boasts about 400 locations in 46 states and 15 other countries.
Daniel Clark and Michael Solomon, associates of Goodman, represented the sublandlord, Donatos Pizza, in the subleasing of the space to Charley’s Grilled Subs. Solomon and Clark exclusively represent Donatos Pizza in Northeast Ohio.
