Lyndhurst, Ohio-based Goodman Real Estate Services Group recently closed the sale of Domino’s Pizza Plaza in Olmsted, Ohio.
The two-unit retail strip center is located just north of the area’s Great Northern Mall. The 4,886-square-foot building was 100-percent leased to Domino’s Pizza and Hanna’s Pub when the property was sold.
Kyle Hartung, associate and director of investment sales with Goodman, and Rob Yaskanich, associate with Goodman, were the exclusive listing agents for Domino’s Pizza Plaza.
