Goodman Real Estate Services Group LLC of Cleveland recently represented buyer Rural King in the acquisition of 94,860 square feet of space on 13 acres in Tiffin, Ohio.
Bobby Benjamin, an associate broker with Goodman, is currently working on assignments for Rural King in Ohio, Indiana, Kentucky, Tennessee, West Virginia, Michigan and Pennsylvania.
Rural King is an Illinois-based “farm and home store” offering products such as livestock feed, farm equipment, agricultural parts, lawn mowers, workwear, tools, housewares and toys. It boasts more than 55 stores across the Midwest. The company’s new Tiffin location will be taking the spot of a former Walmart.
This will be Rural King’s fourth new store in Ohio brokered by Goodman Group.
