Goodman Real Estate Services Group LLC of Cleveland recently completed a deal to bring Rad Air to 5350 Leavitt Road in Lorain, Ohio, on behalf of Kmart Corporation.
Bobby Benjamin, associate broker of Goodman Real Estate Services Group, represented the lessor in the leasing of 4,733 square feet of space.
Rad Air has been in business in the Cleveland area since 1975 and is locally owned and family operated.
