Goodman Real Estate Services Group of Cleveland recently closed a deal bringing Spruce, a high-end apparel store, to the Legacy Village retail center in Lyndhurst, Ohio.
Spruce will open in May of this year.
Michael Solomon, an associate at Goodman, represented the tenant in the transaction.
