Richard Edelman, principal with Goodman Real Estate Services Group, represented Chick-fil-A, Five Guys Burgers and Fries and Chipotle Mexican Grill in four separate deals that will bring new locations of these chains to the Cleveland market.
Chick-fil-A is coming to the southeast corner of Colerain Avenue and Mall Drive in Colerain Township, Ohio. Edelman also represented Chick-fil-A in its relocation to Boardman-Poland Road in Boardman, Ohio. This new location is set to open in January of next year.
Five Guys Burgers and Fries is coming to Guernsey Crossing in Chillicothe, Ohio. Guernsey Crossing is a new retail development scheduled to open in the fall of 2015.
Chipotle Mexican Grill is coming to the Cascades of Brimfield on Tallmadge Road in Brimfield, Ohio. Chipotle will join DQ Grill & Chill and Orange Julius, Best Cuts, GNC, AT&T and GameStop in this retail development.
