Goodman Real Estate Services Group of Cleveland recently closed a deal bringing a new GameStop to the Lighthouse Village retail center in Lorain, Ohio.
Steve Altemare, senior associate with Goodman, is the exclusive leasing agent for Lighthouse Village.
GameStop, a video-game retailer, boasts 6,650 company-operated stores in 15 countries.
