Goodman Real Estate Services Group represents both ends of 60,000-square-foot retail sale in Ohio

Goodman Real Estate Services Group LLC of Cleveland recently represented both Rural King, the buyer, and Schottenstein Property Group, Inc., the seller, in the sale of 60,000 square feet in Norwalk, Ohio.

Bobby Benjamin, associate broker of Goodman Real Estate Services Group, is currently working on assignments for Rural King in Ohio, Indiana, Kentucky, Tennessee, West Virginia, Michigan and Pennsylvania. Zachary Sogoloff, senior associate, and James Becker, senior associate, represented Schottenstein Property Group, Inc., in this transaction.

Schottenstein Property Group, Inc. is an owner, operator, acquirer and redeveloper of power/big box, community and neighborhood shopping centers in major population areas throughout the United States.

Rural King is an Illinois-based “farm and home store” offering products such as livestock feed, farm equipment, agricultural parts, lawn mowers, workwear, tools, housewares and toys, with more than 55 stores across the Midwest.
