Starbucks is coming to the Great Escape Plaza in Strongsville, Ohio, thanks in part to Goodman Real Estate Services Group.
The retail plaza is located on Royalton Road at Interstate-71 across from the SouthPark Mall. Steve Altemare, senior vice president at Goodman, represented Starbucks in this transaction.
Starbucks will be joining The Great Escape, Men’s Warehouse, Firehouse Subs and Verizon.
