Goodman Real Estate Services Group LLC recently negotiated the sale of a 155,000-square-foot former Sam’s Club at 27853 Chardon Road in Willoughby Hills, Ohio, to Cleveland-based Produce Packaging.
Produce Packaging is one of the largest fresh produce packers in the area for restaurants and retail chains.
The new space in Willoughby Hills will allow the company to work more efficiently and bring 300 employees to the shopping center. Zachary Sogoloff, Senior Vice President, and Seth Marks, Senior Associate, at Goodman Real Estate Services Group LLC, represented the seller in this transaction.
