Gorjian Acquisitions recently acquired the Shops at Pigeon Forge retail center in Pigeon Forge, Tennessee.
Gorjian’s purchase was an all-cash offer, and the company purchased a leasehold interest in the property.
Gorjian is also pursuing other commercial properties throughout the United States.
