Government Investment Partners, a real estate investment, development and management firm specializing in commercial properties leased primarily to federal, state and local government agencies, has acquired two adjacent office properties in Indianapolis for a total of $8.16 million.
The two buildings, which were purchased by GIP from two separate sellers, are located at 4150 and 4160 N. Keystone Ave. just east of Fall Creek Parkway near the Indiana State Fairgrounds.
The larger of the two buildings, 4160 N. Keystone, was purchased from MS Land Holdings, LLC. It totals about 60,000 square feet and is fully leased to the State of Indiana of behalf of the Indiana Department of Child Services.
The 4150 building, which totals 95,157 square feet, is about 40% leased. It is also home to Department of Child Services offices as well as the Indianapolis Metropolitan Police Department. The seller was LNR Partners.
Founded in 2016, GIP’s portfolio of properties now totals more than 30 buildings in 18 states. The firm is based in the Chicago Area and also has offices in Sacramento and Atlanta.
