Gary Bechtel has joined Grand Rapids, Michigan-based Red Oak Capital Group as chief executive officer. Red Oak is an investment manager and provider debt capital for commercial real estate projects.
Bechtel previously served as president of Money360, where he was responsible for developing and excuting its expansion strategy. Before joining Money360, Bechtel was chief lending/organizations officer for CU Business Partners.
During his career, Bechtel has originated, underwritten, structured, placed and closed more than $10 billion in commercial debt transactions.
