Grandbridge Real Estate Capital recently facilitated the closing of a $3 million supplemental loan secured by a 100-unit multifamily property in Minneapolis.
Originated by Vice President Tony Carlson for a repeat client, the permanent, fixed-rate nonrecourse loan was funded through one of Grandbridge’s insurance company correspondents.
The transaction was structured with the term co-terminus with first mortgage and 20-year amortization.
