Matthew Rocco has been named president of Grandbridge Real Estate Capital. Rocco will continue to serve as national production manager.
Rocco joined Grandbridge in 1998. He is a member of Grandbridge’s Board of Managers, Senior Leadership Team and Risk Committee.
Reporting to Rocco will be Frank Guzikowski, executive vice president and director of agency production; Brett Blackwood, legal/closing manager; and John Randall, deputy national production manager.
