Grandbridge Real Estate Capital recently closed a $17.7 million first loan secured by Weaver Creek Apartments, a 254-unit multi-family property in Springfield, Mo.
Frank Sciara, a Kansas City-based vice president with Grandbridge, originated the refinance loan.
Funding for the fixed-rate loan was provided through one of Grandbridge’s CMBS investors, and was structured with a 10-year term, 25-year amortization and one year of interest-only.
