The Atlanta office of Grandbridge Real Estate Capital recently originated and closed three multi-family transactions totaling $38.325 million, including one for a 166-unit multi-family property in Overland Park, Kansas.
That transaction, a $17.835 million first mortgage non-recourse bridge loan, was secured by Villa Medici Apartments. Alan Tapie, a senior vice president with Grandbridge, originated the loan.
Villa Medici features a clubhouse, theater room, fitness center, water features and covered parking.
