Grandbridge Real Estate Capital recently closed at $60.5 million senior-secured loan on a 10-property, 787,000-square-foot retail portfolio consisting of properties in Michigan and Indiana.
Clay Scheetz, senior vice president with Grandbridge, originated the loan.
The portfolio includes the Castleton Point, Clearwater Crossings, Clearwater Shoppes, Clearwater Village, Fashion Mall Commons, Greenwood Place and North Willow Commons retail centers in Indianapolis; the East Paris Shoppes in Grand Rapids, Mich.; and the Eastland Place retail center in Evansville, Ind.
