Douglas Brooks is the new vice president at the Columbus, Ohio, office of Grandbridge Real Estate Capital.
Brooks brings more than 21 years of experience in the commercial real estate finance industry to his new position.
Before joining Grandbridge, Brooks served as a senior vice president with Forest City Enterprises, Inc.
