Grandbridge Real Estate Capital recently closed on the permanent acquisition loan of a 192-unit apartment property in Minnetonka, Minnesota.
The non-recourse loan featured a fixed rate for 10 years and a 30-year amortization.
The loan was provided by agency lender Freddie Mac. Financing was originated by Minneapolis-based vice president Tony Carlson.
