Marcus & Millichap announced the sale of 4 Your Stuff Storage, a 261-unit, 64,645-square-foot self-storage facility located in Granite City, Illinois, according to Steven D. Weinstock, regional manager of the firm’s Chicago Oak Brook office. The asset sold for $3,744,205, or $57.91 per rentable square foot.

Britney Hendricks, investment associate, Sean M. Delaney, senior vice president investments, and Michael A. Mele, executive managing director investments, in Marcus & Millichap’s Chicago Oak Brook and Tampa offices, had the exclusive listing to market the property on behalf of the seller and also represented the buyer.

The property is located at 3117 W. Chain of Rocks Road and represents the area’s premier facility in a growing market. The asset has quick access to heavily-frequented thoroughfares, including Interstate 270 and State Highway 203, both which run perpendicular to the property. 4 Your Stuff Storage is the closest facility to many of Granite City’s main neighborhoods, and also Southern Illinois University.
