Weinstock, regional manager of the firm’s Chicago Oak Brook office. The asset sold for $3,744,205, or $57.91 per rentable square foot.
Britney Hendricks, investment associate, Sean M. Delaney, senior vice president investments, and Michael A. Mele, executive managing director investments, in Marcus & Millichap’s Chicago Oak Brook and Tampa offices, had the exclusive listing to market the property on behalf of the seller and also represented the buyer.
