Graystone Capital Advisors, a national investment sales brokerage, has promoted Julius Swolsky to senior vice president.
Swolsky joined Graystone Capital Advisors in 2018 and specializes in investment sale advisory for the owners of single and multi-tenant real estate across all markets. His clients include institutional and foreign investors, REITS, exchange buyers, developers, private funds, corporate occupiers, high-net-worth individuals, trusts, and family offices.
Swolsky has completed nearly $1 billion in deal volume since his start in commercial real estate.
As an experienced advisor, Swolsky started his career in commercial real estate development and tenant representation with a private investment group in 2014 before starting in brokerage in 2018. During his six years with Graystone Capital Advisors, he was promoted to First Vice President and earned consistent sales recognition awards. Julius graduated with a degree in real estate and finance from Chapman University.
