Global Real Estate Advisors (GREA) opened a new Midwest office in St. Louis led by industry veteran Bobby Mills.
Mills joins GREA as Managing Director and will spearhead the firm’s expansion in the St. Louis metropolitan area and across the Midwest. With a proven track record of success in multifamily investment sales, Bobby specializes in both private capital and institutional transactions.
Over the course of his career, Mills has been directly involved in more than $2 billion of multifamily transactions, totaling over 25,000 units. His reputation is built on a long-term, advisory-focused approach—delivering transparent, principal-minded guidance to clients rather than simply seeking listings.
