GREA closed the sale of Olympia Apartments, a 101-unit property in Marquette, Michigan.
The sale was closed by Cary Belovicz of GREA, who represented both the seller and buyer. Included in the sale was a custom-built luxury residence that sits on more than 1,000 feet of pristine Lake Superior shoreline and is surrounded by more than 20 acres of privacy.

The buyer intends on converting the residence into a vacation rental.
