Great Lakes Capital, developer of the Grandview Development in Granger, Indiana, has announced the project’s next phase to meet the continued demand for new housing, retail and hospitality in the region.
The next phase, a mixed-use district, will be restaurant-focused, combining resort-style living with connectivity to restaurants, activity, entertainment and retail. The development will transform the corner of State Route 23 and Gumwood in Granger.
The next phase will include 246 apartment residences with studio, one- and two-bedroom floor plans. Amenities will include a rooftop pool, fitness center, clubhouse, private dining room, office space, 24/7 security and a fully enclosed parking garage for residents.
The Enclave at Grandview Townhomes will offer 66 private residences. Layouts will include either two or three bedrooms.
A hotel designed to be a lifestyle destination for both local residents and visitors will also be part of this phase. It will include a rooftop restaurant and event space. It will offer 125 guest rooms.
The next phase will also include green space and walking and biking trails.
